Erectile dysfunction
In most cases, conditions associated with erectile dysfunction can be controlled and treated.
Sexual impotence can manifest itself in different ways: not only in the inability to hold the penis in an upright position, but also in problems with ejaculation or orgasm. Some patients experience a delay in maintaining a stable erection or even achieve an erection, but it is not sufficiently rigid. In other cases, even with adequate erection, premature ejaculation occurs (ejaculation occurring before, during, or shortly after penetration with minimal sexual stimulation).
They depend on the root causes. Lifestyle changes (stop smoking, stop drinking alcohol, physical activity, healthy eating) are necessary for all men. Treatment can be divided into non-pharmacological (psychological or psychiatric counseling), pharmacological (erection-inducing drugs) and surgery.
For people with psychological problems, psychotherapy with or without anti-depression medications is recommended and should be accompanied by a psychologist or psychiatrist.
There are several drugs that cause erections by facilitating blood flow to the penis, which can be administered daily, on demand before sexual intercourse, or even administered by a direct injection into the penis by the patient. Always remember that they should only be used under medical supervision and require sexual stimulation to produce results.
